Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Serviced Apartments Pune

Breakfast spread was good and good too. They had live counters for egg, dosa and parathas so lot of options. Rooms were very clean and big but were very cold, took lot of time to be at room temperature for a comfortable stay. Staff is quite polite and courteous and prompt as well. Food at the Eatery restaurant can certainly be improved, apart from the breakfast buffet, whatever food items we ordered during our stay were not upto the standards of the hotel. Location of the hotel is quite good, there is a big Phoenix Mall hardly 5 mins walk from the hotel so lot of shopping options around.

I had requested for decoration of my room due to the bday celebration of my child. They decorated and also gave a complimentary cake. The staff was very professional and polite, The guards at the gate and valet parking staff were also very polite. WE had an awesome breakfast. Overall, the experience was superb.

Lovely rooms, Hospitality was very good. Miss Sunita Mukherjee was exceptional at the restaurant and made me so comfortable. Mr Yash at reception desk was absolutely amazing. He was very helpful. Keep up the good work.

Staff at the reception and the restaurant were amazing. I had some specific requirement for my coffee at breakfast. They fixed my coffee as I wanted, for the next 4 days I stayed, I did not have to inform them how I wanted it, they even if there was a change of attending person brought my coffee as I wanted. The persons on the receptions were amazingly very helpful too. Its a bit late that I am reviewing this stay, hence do not recall the names of people who attended to us. Even the valet guys were so good. Overall the 5 day stay was exactly how you would such a longish stay to go

Everything but the taste of food. The housekeeping service were friendly with our senior citizen mother.
