Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Serviced Apartments Pune

Breakfast spread was good and good too. They had live counters for egg, dosa and parathas so lot of options. Rooms were very clean and big but were very cold, took lot of time to be at room temperature for a comfortable stay. Staff is quite polite and courteous and prompt as well. Food at the Eatery restaurant can certainly be improved, apart from the breakfast buffet, whatever food items we ordered during our stay were not upto the standards of the hotel. Location of the hotel is quite good, there is a big Phoenix Mall hardly 5 mins walk from the hotel so lot of shopping options around.

I was travelling from goa to bombay and had reached pune at 2 am in the night and needed a place to complete my sleep. the hotel and staff was generously kind enough to allow me to late Checkout at 3pm without a question , never received such a warm treatment anywhere else .really excellent and good human beings I must say.

Everything but the taste of food. The housekeeping service were friendly with our senior citizen mother.

I would like to call out the exceptional customer service by Abhishek. He went above and beyond and we would definitely return to this property. I also want to appreciate the efforts from Lucky and Radhika. Pleasant stay and when compared against other hotels in the area, four points stands out.
